STAHY 2018 will be held in Glenelg, South Australia from 24-26 September 2018.

The workshop will be held at the Beachside Function Centre of the Glenelg Pier hotel, which is located on the Glenelg foreshore and offers stunning ocean views.

Glenelg is only a 10 min drive from Adelaide airport along the beautiful Adelaide coastline and 20 min drive from the Adelaide CBD. Between Glenelg and the CBD you can easily take a tram or bus; see below for transport details.

Getting to Glenelg from Adelaide Airport

Via Taxi

Taxis are available at the airport. The fare to the Venue will be approximately $30.

Via Bus

Public bus J1 runs from the Airport to Glenelg. Upon exiting either the domestic or international terminal make a short walk to Airport Rd to Stop 10 Airport Road located on the South East Side.

Take the bus to the Glenelg Interchange, Zone B Colley Terrace West Side, the bus ride is approximately 30 min and a single trip adult fare is $5.50. The Venue is a 3 min walk from the bus stop.

Getting to/from Glenelg to Adelaide CBD

Via Taxi
The fare will be approximately $40.

Via Tram
You can catch the tram from Glenelg (Moseley Square) into the CBD.

The tram stop is approximately 200 m (3 min walk) from the Venue. The trip from Glenelg to the CBD will take you approximately 40 min. The fare for an adult single trip is $5.50; a daytrip is $10.40. Metro Cards are also available which reduce the fare to $3.70 for a single trip.

Parking

Limited free parking is available at the conference location for attendees. Proceed down Chappel Drive, turn left at the round-about and proceed under the hotel to the car park.

Alternatively free parking is available on Canning and Sturt Street, approximately 5 min walk away. Closer street parking is available, however it is limited to 3 hours.
